2023 Summer Reading List (Grades 6-8)

Dear WACS Families,

 

All students entering sixth, seventh, and eighth grade are required to participate in summer reading. Students will choose one novel from the SSYRA 2023-2024 Grades 6-8 list attached.

 

Be prepared to engage in class discussion, complete novel activities, and take a novel assessment based on the book during the first week of school. All of these novels are available at your local library, but we encourage you to purchase your own copy.

This summer reading novel test will be your first entry into our 2023-2024 gradebook.
