To provide a safe, healthy and positive camp experience (must be age 5 by June 3, 2024). This program contributes to increased learning, better social adjustment and needed relaxation for all participants.

Camp Costs
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 $230 weekly
Week 5 $184 (CLOSED July 4th)
There are no refunds for unused or missed days.
Hours of Operation
Days Available: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All students MUST be here by 9:00 AM (Wednesday & Friday) in order to go on the field trips. There is no camp staff on campus between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM on field \trip days.
There is a $5 per minute/per child late fee if students are not picked up by 6:00 PM.
Registration
All children must be age 5 by June 3, 2024
A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee (per child) will be required when you turn in your Summer Camp Sign Up Form. The cost will include two Western Academy Charter School t-shirt which will be required to be worn on all off-site field trip days. No exceptions.
Payment Schedule
No late payments will be accepted. There are NO refunds for unused or missed days.
Food
Camp fees include a daily breakfast and lunch as well as a daily snack. Food will be provided by the PBC School District Food Service.
Daily Activities
We will be going off-site two (2) days a week (Wednesday and Friday) generally from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. No pickups will be allowed during this time. See the attached June & July calendars for week by week exciting events.

Once we receive your interest form, we will mail or hand out the 2024 Summer Camp Packet to be completed and returned with the $50 per student non-refundable deposit.
