Mission Statement

To provide a safe, healthy and positive camp experience (must be age 5 by June 15, 2017).

This program contributes to increased learning, better social adjustment and needed relaxation for all participants.

 

Program Information

Camp Sessions

Session I       June 5—June 16 (2 weeks)

Session II     June 19—June 30 (2 weeks) 

Session III   July 3—July 14 (2 weeks) CLOSED JULY 4th

Session IV   July 17—July 28 (2 weeks)

NO CAMP WILL BE OFFERED IN AUGUST.

 

Camp Cost

Weeks I, III and IV    $170 per week or $340 per session

Week II                  $306 for the 2 week session (CLOSED July 4th)                              

 

All sessions are two (2) week session camps and students must pay for both weeks.  There are no refunds for unused or missed days.

 

Hours of Operation

Days Available:  Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  All students MUST be here by 9:00 AM (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) in order to go on the field trips.  There is no camp staff on campus between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM.

 

Late students can be dropped off after 1 P.M.  There is a $5 per minute/per child late fee if students are not picked up by 6:00 PM. 

 

We also offer a before-care program from 7 A.M. to 8 A.M. for $40 per session (per child) and you must be registered for this for the whole camp session.   This can’t be used on a day to day basis.

 

Registration

All children must be age 5 by June 5, 2017

 

A $35.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee (per child) will be required when you turn in your School-Age Child Care (SACC) Summer Registration Form.  This information is due by May 2, 2016.  The cost will include one Western Academy Charter School green t-shirt which will be required to be worn on all off-site field trip days.  No exceptions. Additional t-shirts are available for purchase in the front office.

 

 

Payment Schedule

The payment of camp fees are as follows:

Session I:          $340 - Due June 1, 2016

Session II:         $340 - Due June 15, 2016

Session III:        $306 - Due June 29, 2016

Session IV:        $340 - Due July 13, 2016

No late payments will be accepted. 

No camp will be offered in August.

 

Food

Camp fees include a daily breakfast and lunch as well as two daily snacks.  Food will be provided by the PBC School District.

 

Daily Activities

We will be going off-site three (3) days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No pickups will be allowed during this time.  Activities scheduled include:  bowling, movies, Palm Beach Zoo, Science Museum, swimming and so much more.  Afternoon activities include: advanced arts & crafts, sports, themed parties and much more.  We will release the camp activity schedules by the end of May.
