Bio

Mrs. Stacey Hare, a native Floridian, is from Royal Palm Beach. Beginning in 1994, she served in the United States Air Force at various duty stations throughout Texas, Mississippi, and New Mexico. As a member of the PERSCO team, she was responsible for F-16 pilot management, total force accountability, and military personnel sustainment functions.  She transferred to the United States Air Force Reserve in 1998, where she continued to serve until 2002. She attended Nova Southeastern University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Reading Education. Mrs. Hare has taught Language Arts and Intensive Reading at Western Academy Charter School since 2003. She loves the family atmosphere at WACS and when her former students come back to visit. Mrs. Hare enjoys spending time with family, competitive baton twirling, traveling, and watching the sunrise.
