Western Academy Charter School’s Board of Directors, approved on October 15, 2020, to meet and establish a quorum to conduct official business by teleconferencing or other technological means. This is based on the authority granted in s. 1002.33(9)(p)(3), Florida Statutes with the rules adopted by the Administration Commission under s. 120.54(5), Florida Statutes. In addition, an appointed representative and charter school principal or director, or his or her designee must be physically present at each meeting. Public access will be provided by teleconferencing or technological means.
