This system helps improve student safety and speeds up the dismissal process by allowing staff to electronically track when students are called and released.
🔑 What Parents Need to Know:
• Families will receive QR Code dismissal tags that must be used when picking up students.
• Staff will scan the QR code to call your child for dismissal.
• A second tag should be placed on your dashboard so staff can assign your cone pickup location (1–10).
• You may photograph or photocopy the QR code if needed, and anyone picking up your child must have it.
⚠️ Important Reminder:
The old barcode system will no longer work. If a barcode is used instead of the QR code, your child will not be ready for pickup, and you will be required to circle the building until your child is called, which will delay dismissal.
