Cristy Altaro

Mrs. Cristy Altaro is the Manager of Juvenile Court Services and has been with the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit for nearly 20 years. Cristy holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She currently serves on a number of local and statewide boards and committees. Her past experience includes working as a therapist with at-risk youth and a Probation Officer. Cristy resides in Palm Beach County with her family. She has one child children currently attending Western Academy Charter School.

Kevin Davies
Treasurer

Kevin Davies lives in Wellington with his wife, Emilly, and four daughters, aged 11, 10, 5, and 1. He is an attorney, having practiced in South Florida for over 14 years. Mr. Davies is originally from Greene, NY. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University at Albany (SUNY) and a law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Mr. Davies served in the Army National Guard for 7 years and is a combat veteran, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-05. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and following the NY Giants and NY Mets. His two oldest daughters are students at Western Academy.

Mark Howard has a 37-year career in public education as a teacher in Title I schools before earning a master’s degree in Technology Education and earning a Dean’s Citation for Academic Excellence.
