We are pleased to announce that Western Academy Charter School now has access to cashless school for lunch account activity only!
School Cash Online has been designed to be an easy to use, efficient online payment system. You will have access to view lunch account balances, view details of items purchased (including ala carte items) and add funds to the account.
If your student has an account already established from a previous Palm Beach County School the students new school information will be updated and any available funds will be carried forward.

Can each parent have a separate account?
Yes. School Cash Online was designed for parents, grandparents, guardians, etc. to have individual accounts. The student can be added to up to five different “parent” accounts.
Where do I obtain my Student ID?
A Student ID can be obtained from one of the following resources:
Do I need to re-register a student that moves to a different school within the same school district?
School Cash Online records are constantly updated so if a student moves to a different school within the same district, the student’s information will be automatically updated.
Can I set up a feature to notify me via text or e-mail when the account balance gets below a certain amount?
Yes. This will inform you to add money when your student’s account goes below a certain designated amount.
You can also add the app Palm Beach County School District to any cellular device. It shows school menus and well as a school payment option.
